Are you a caster manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a caster wheel manufacturer founded in 1997 in Jiaxing, Zhejiang, China, with in-house mold design, injection molding, stamping, welding and assembly workshops. Factory visits and third-party inspections are welcome.
What is your MOQ for caster wheels?
The MOQ is flexible - sample and trial orders are accepted. For bulk orders the MOQ is usually 200-500 pieces per model depending on the caster type and customization level.
Do you provide OEM and custom caster services?
Yes. We customize wheel material, bracket type, top plate size, load rating, color and customer logo molding. Send us your drawing or sample and our engineers will provide a solution within 24 hours.
Can I get samples before mass production?
Yes. Samples of stock casters are free of charge - you only cover the courier cost. Custom caster samples take 5-7 days after drawing confirmation.
What is your production lead time?
Normally 15-25 days after order confirmation, depending on order quantity and customization. Urgent orders can be arranged on our flexible production lines.
